Should I invest in the 2020 Stock Market

Image result for Black swan 2020 market crashSo much has happened in the first three months of  2020. In January & February the stock market was performing extremely well then came March. The Black Swan arrived spreading its wings and collapsing the stock market bringing the Bull Market to its knees to close off all the gains from 2014 to 2019 to losses. The Bear Market has risen to reign over the Dow, Nasdaq, & S&P 500 watching all the scared investors cashing out in what barely remains of their gains. But the true investors have been waiting for this day where all the stocks crumble to what is known as "wholesaling."

What is "wholesaling," it's when all the stocks have gone way below at almost discount. Like Warren Buffet has quoted time & time again, "We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy when only when others are fearful." Buy low, sell high.

Right now the world is suffering from a Pandemic of the Coronavirus or COVID-19 also known as a "Black Swan" in the stock market. A Black Swan is an unexpected event like 9/11 or The 2008 Real Estate Market Collapsing. All stocks come crashing down from all time highs to discount prices. Every investor loves these incidents not the cause of the crash but the discount pricing. An example: Ford "F" before the 2008 crash was $30 a stock, after the 2008 crash Ford "F" was selling at $0.39 a stock which is a bargain.

The 2020 crash is not done yet, many people were forced by their employers to work from home and other companies like movie theaters (AMC), restaurants, malls, retail to close because of the pandemic. Every company that has shares in the stock markets has to report their earnings and if their earnings are low they will be forced to lay off, not enough jobs for everyone and the recession will have kicked in. It's sad to see this but for those who can afford a little bit, you can invest in the stock market and buy stocks at low prices. President Trump has the Federal Reserve issuing out checks to push people to spend or help Americans to have money during this crisis. Use the money for food or necessities and invest in the stock market while prices are low.
